9 months going on age 13

We have done a lot since my last post.  Hopefully, I will be able to update on some of those things soon.  But for now here are the major things we are up to... (as well as the reason why I am so far behind in posting).  

We have a girl on the move...

Josie went through a "mama" phase for a bit.  Now we are fully on to "dada."  Apparently, he is the one that saves this damsel in distress.

Funny story from today:

So going to the grocery store is quite an event for me.  Lots to think about (I love to be strategic: meal planning, coupons, deals etc.) After being at the grocery store for an hour and a half (geez) we arrive home with many groceries.  I am coming in the house with a gallon of water and an arm full of groceries and josie is sitting on her knees in the middle of the kitchen (while talking to katie on the phone).  Well I drop the gallon of water directly in front of josie.  Water goes everywhere.  All over her, all over me.....all over the fridge the floor etc.  Josie is freaking out because she just had a loud noise and a humongous splash of water.  She is drenched... me too.  While I am drying her off she begins to laugh and laugh.  Me too.  For a long time.  We looked quite silly.  But it was fun.  We enjoyed the moment.
