raising my girls in the city creates a longing in me, for them to know farm life.

strawberry picking in loganville seemed perfect for us.

we enjoy open land and open views so much more since we don't see them very often.

immediately upon arriving josie had to take her shoes off.

Ok, so I'm not Oprah but I do have some new favorite things!

just wanted to share.

I was in New York City last week so I feel super trendy. Plus, I didn't have spit- up on my shoulder, which too makes one feel ultra with-it.

I went to an Amos Lee concert. (Do you remember that cheer?..."A-W-E-S-O-M-E...awesome, awesome..totally!)

Describing a concert with a cheer= not trendy.

These girls opened up. To say that I LOVED them is an understatement. They are from Alabama, raised in the church, sing old gospel music (along with others)...yes, please. Don't worry because I met them and got their autograph on my CD. Again, trendy.

On the girly front, this is my new favorite lipstick that my friend Cori told me to get.

Apparently Ulta has more options of lip coverage than CVS...who knew?
